I Bought An Xbox One.
Allow Me To Explain.
At the end of 2014, I still hadn’t jumped into the “next gen” consoles yet. I was spending my gaming time on the Xbox 360, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo Wii, and my low-end PC. Then a miracle happened: I won a fantasy football league that provided me with enough money to purchase a brand new console. I now stood at a fork in the road. Do I stick with Microsoft and get the Xbox One? Does the underperforming Wii U have enough for me to justify a purchase? Or do I play catch-up on all the Sony games I’ve missed and pick up a PS4? I did the research, asked my friends, checked the deals and made my decision. In February, 2015, I bought a Playstation 4. Check out this post to find out why.
Here we are, almost a year later, and I still haven’t bought the Xbox One or Wii U. As fate would have it, I won that same fantasy football league – much to the dismay of the 9 other team owners – and I find myself at another impasse. Is it Nintendo or Microsoft?
